Hello, U.K. FitFam!

BIG BIG NEWS in my online health and fitness business was recently announced! We are expanding our online coaching business to the U.K., and I get to be one of the coaches to head up the expansion! I am so excited about meeting new friends and fitness enthusiasts in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland! It is now (more than ever) such an exciting time to be a part of the Beachbody community because we are about to bring the coaching opportunity and this amazing health and fitness lifestyle to 65 million new people (including you!)!

What’s coming up? In less than a week, I jump on a plane headed for London. I could not be more excited for the adventures ahead. My team of coaches and I have collectively helped thousands of people with their health and fitness goals here in the US, Canada, and Mexico, and we will continue on our mission to end the trend of obesity in North America one life at a time… and now have the opportunity to begin the same mission overseas. Will it be a HUGE under-taking? HECK YES! But is my team up for the challenge? A MILLION TIMES YESSSSS!!! We are fired up!
