Better: This package gives you everything in the “Good” package and you also receive a meal plan once a month via email complete with recipes, grocery list, and week of meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks, and shakeology to help you from “health food ruts” and burnout on the same foods every week!

Best: This package gives you everything in the “Better” package but this option is perfect for the person wanting to go “ALL IN” as you will receive NEW meal plans WEEKLY, COMPLETE WITH BRAND NEW RECIPES, grocery lists, and everything you need to hit your nutritional goals!

THE ULTIMATE: This package is the top of the top! This is designed for clients who want the red-carpet-VIP-experience. You will receive everything in the “BEST” package as well as daily check ins from yours truly via text or call to go over your MEAL LOG BOOK (included for free in this plan and shipped to your house!) and we’ll discuss how you did at the end of each day with your nutrition, workout, mindset, and mood and what we can improve upon for the next day. You will also receive a one on one phone call each week to set goals and get ready for the upcoming week!
