½ cup water
1 tsp. rum extract
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology (or your preferred vanilla protein powder)
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup ice
Place milk, water, extract, Shakeology, nutmeg, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
