1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology (or your favorite  protein powder)
1 cup brewed Chai tea, cooled
1 tsp. raw honey
1 dash ground allspice
½ cup ice (add more to taste)

Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth & enjoy!
